Jeg heter Ubah Abdullah Aden og er forfatter, foredragsholder og samfunnsengasjert fagperson med over 20 års erfaring fra politikk, offentlig forvaltning og sivilsamfunn.

Mitt arbeid bygger på en kombinasjon av faglig kompetanse, politisk erfaring og praksisnær innsikt i hvordan offentlige institusjoner påvirker mennesker i møte med makt, ulikhet og inkludering. Jeg har hatt lederroller og tillitsverv innen politikk, forvaltning og sivilsamfunn, og har bygget bred faglig kompetanse gjennom videreutdanning og to mastergrader.

Jeg har vært folkevalgt i Oslo bystyre i to perioder og har hatt lederroller/lederverv innen utdanning, integrering og likestilling. Jeg er grunnlegger av Karaama-Voice, en rettighetsbasert plattform for diaspora- og mangfoldsperspektiver.

She has served two terms as an elected representative on the Oslo City Council and has held leadership roles in education, integration, and gender equality, with experience collaborating closely with the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO) and serving on government-appointed advisory committees.
